Q: What file format we need to create design?
A: Need file in AI/CDR/PDF,if not,clear image is required.
Q: Is mold charge include samples?How many samples you can supply?
A: Mold cost include sample charges,free sample include 2-3 piece,if need more pieces,will charge unit price on extra pieces.
Q: How long for sample leading time?
A: Sample leading time is 7-9days,depend on product design.
Q: How do we know if you design is fit for ours,can we change mold in production?
A: After received payment,We will arrange draw 2D or 3D to your confirmation.Before making mold, clients can ask for changing the design,we will change the design as per request if no technique questions, if your clients need change design during molding, clients need pay the re-molding cost.
Q: When can we received goods?
A: Shiping time is 3-7days.Our cooperated courier include DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit, 70% shall be paid before shipment.
